Chinmay Panth is a project management professional with experience in diverse fields of activities with a master degree in Instrumentation. Having served in various organizations like Bells Controls – Foxboro Instrumentation, Bharat Petroleum, Conoil Plc in Nigeria, headed EPC Projects at Topaz Engineering and Business verticals of Bhatia Brothers/ Petrogulf at UAE and Qatar. Thereon Chinmay moved to become Social Entrepreneur, supporting Social projects based out from Wakro, Arunachal Pradesh on the China-Burma border supporting the development of the remote region for academics, school infrastructure, grooming youth for Entrepreneurship, development of tribal village along the borders of Arunachal / Uttarakhand with nature Centric projects, digital literacy, building state of the art educational infrastructure etc.

Currently on voluntary services at SSRDP, Art of Living Chinmay has worked on various social projects all over India like rural-electrification, rural-entrepreneurship, and development of border Villages along China border. With Over 35 years in Corporate Chinmay was involved in few notable contributions like strategizing and leading the first large format petrol pump with multiple facilities under BPCL, leading a project team to set up the first fully automated Retail outlet of BPCL with fully automated oil terminals in India, Nigeria and UAE which operates without manpower and implementation of ERP in 3 of the organizations. On social projects, DASH Lohit was an innovative project, was instrumental in conceptualizing and implementing Mobile based e-Governance for managing the schools and health care facilities in Lohit District. Chinmay Pant & his wife Sujata are always open to sharing knowledge and management concepts / tools for professional deliverance towards projects that are in service of humanity.
