The Art of Living has made Youth Leadership Training Program (YLTP) its vehicle for empowering communities through capacity building workshops, awareness campaigns, resource-building exercises, and by offering technical expertise.

The YLTP focuses on personal development and communication skills.Motivated youth are selected from the local communities and trained appropriately. These empowered youth, known as Yuvacharyas, act as change agents in their local communities. 

So far the YLTP base model has rendered remarkable success in areas as diverse as disaster management, promoting child rights, fighting HIV, spreading natural farming techniques and managing conflict.

Overcoming Addictions, Rajesh Goes on to Train 3000+ Youth in YLTP

Himachal Pradesh: Rajesh Kumar from Him- achal Pradesh took to drugs and alcohol at a very young age. At a time when he should have been focusing on his studies and building his career, Rajesh was often found in a drunken stupor, engaging in meaningless brawls with his friends, neighbors, and family members.
