Chaitra Chandrasekhar holds an MBA from IIM-Ahmedabad and a B.E in Information Science, has held various roles spanning the IT, Telecom and Banking Sectors. She is also an Art of Living instructor for Children, Teens, and Adults.

Currently, she is working as a Director of Digital Literacy Program under Sri Sri Rural Development Programme Trust from Aug, 2021. She was associated with ICICI Bank as the General Manager and Head Digital Partnerships (South & East) from Apr 2017 to Aug 2021. She has worked with IBM and Infosys in the field of Business Design and Analyst.

Chaitra worked in Social entrepreneurial venture with the objective of bringing inimitable village lifestyle to the forefront and making rural tourism a part of the mainstream tourism, while also creating better living condition for rural residents, partnered with villages in Karnataka to design product packages and manage operation under her own initiative, called Simplerlife Social Ventures.

During her career span, she received – Winner of Amaethon “​ Venture Challenge”​, Business Plan Competition (Issued by Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad), Young IIMaverick Fellowship (Issued by Indian Institute of Management, CIIE, Ahmedabad), IBM Service Excellence Award and Infosys Excellence Award.
